Baby Swimming with Judit – Fun, Development, Safety

Baby swimming supports babies’ development, strengthens the parent–child bond, helps children learn to love water, and lays the foundations for a healthy lifestyle. A Unique Program:
With more than 20 years of experience in baby music classes, Judit combines her knowledge with the curriculum of the University of Physical Education’s Baby Swimming Instructor Training. Her program blends water exercises and dives with songs and rhymes, creating a safe and joyful space for both babies and parents. By combining baby music classes with baby swimming, she has developed a method that is truly unique in Hungary.

A program based on the diving reflex:
When a baby’s nose or mouth comes into contact with water, they instinctively hold their breath, allowing them to be safely submerged without inhaling water. However, this innate ability fades if not practiced. The goal of the classes is to maintain and strengthen this reflex, helping babies grow into confident, water-loving children.

Dynamic Development:
The exercises are built progressively, adapted to different age groups and individual developmental stages. Submersions begin right from the first sessions and are gradually increased. Noticeable progress can often be seen after just one or two classes.

• First group: 3–12 months
• Second group: 12–20 months
• Third group: 1.5–2.5 years
• Fourth group: 2.5–4 years

The entrance fee to FamilyPark is 3000 HUF (this does not include the fee for baby swimming).
